SPEC BUILDING
With our spec products which is our house and land packages where the terms are 10% down, balance on completion, we provide a turn-key product, meaning everything is included in the package, just turn the key and move in.
These packages are pre-planned and the structural design cannot be changed, however, you can make variations or upgrades to internal finishes, such as flooring, bench tops, cupboards, light fixtures, electrical outlets etc., as long as the construction has not past the point where changes or additions can be made.
